Optionally align spending across plans

Isaac already has the facility to check that pension info is aligned across plans, but the same facility is not included for spending. I think it would be helpful if you could add this feature so that it highlights where spending plans are different.

Alternatively simply have a switch that says "Spending is the same in all plans"
I know that one of the things you might want to vary is spending in retirement, but when you have progressively refined your spending in one plan it would be good to ensure you can align it across other plans too (or at least see where it differs)
